2003 Harley-Davidson Sportster , For sale: 2003 100th Anniversary Harley Davidson XL883 Custom Sportster with Screamin Eagle 1200 conversion kit, Kuryakyn Pro-R Hypercharger air cleaner kit, Willie G Skully handgrips & foot pegs, Vance & Hines Straitshots Performance Exhaust system, custom skull clutch & brake levers, recently replaced clutch cable, and front brake in August 2013, and replaced the drive belt in summer 2012. Also have a new set of front brake pads, and a new front mastercylinder seal replacement kit. Conversion kit done at 1100 miles. Bike is clean and has been taken really good care of. Harley-Davidson Donated $4.5 Million to Various Causes in 2012

Harley-Davidson donated more than $4.5 million to support various charitable groups in 2012. The donations, which include both grants and merchandise, went to several organizations, including those around Harley-Davidson‘s bases in Milwaukee, Wis., York, Pa., and Kansas City, Mo., but also to groups across the nation. The Milwaukee chapter of Habitat for Humanity received a $200,000 grant for its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative, helping fund housing projects in the Washington Park community.

Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley

Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
