For sale is my 2003 harley davidson sportster
883 anniversary edition, which is in awesome condition with ONLY 9000
miles! highway. I am the second owner if the motorcycle and took very
good care of it as you can see in the pictures, I bought the motorcycle
with upgrades, screaming eagle kit, screaming eagle pipes, 100th
anniversary carburetor caps, grips etc. Runs and SOUNDS awesome. The
original owner only put 2500 miles and a bunch of extras on the bike. The
price is reasonable and I do not NEED to sell so I am setting a reserve. Bid with confidence don't hesitate to ask me any questions, the bike sits in my parents garage.

Dave Grohl Drums to the Sound of a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle
Fri, 31 Jul 2009I’ve got a lot of respect for Dave Grohl. He’s amazingly talented and very driven. Even after Nirvana, the guy is still kicking and in the spotlight with the Foo Fighters and the millions of other side projects he’s done (ie: Queens of the Stone Age). Apparently he’s also a big motorcycle guy. Harley-Davidson did a little video on Dave, featuring him drumming on a snare drum to the exhaust pipes of a Harley-Davidson. The seven minute video goes on about how Mr Grohl bought his first motorcycle when the Nirvana album “Nevermind” started to become big.
US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q3 2013 Sales Results
Mon, 28 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson reported a 15.5% increase in motorcycle sales for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2013 compared to the same quarter last year. The news caps off an important quarter for Harley-Davidson that included the company’s 110th anniversary celebrations and the launch of its 2014 lineup including the new Twin-Cooled engines and Project Rushmore enhancements.
