IM SELLING A 1989 HARLEY DAVIDSON SPORTSTER 1200. ALL BLACKED OUT WITH A YELLOW TANK. I CALL IT THE BUMBLE BEE SPORTY.. THE BIKE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. I PUT A JET KIT WITH THE BIGGEST NOZZLE AVAILABLE SO SHE HAS PICK UP. THE ODOMETER CURRENTLY READS 64XX MILES. IM NOT SURE HOW MANY MILES ARE ON THE ACTUAL MOTOR. THE BIKE HAS A SLIGHT RATTLE. I BELEIVE ITS COMING FROM THE OIL PUMP NOT REALLY SURE. TOP END HAS BEEN REBUILT AND UPGRADED TO A 1200 KIT LESS THAN 1,000 MILES AGO WITH REVERSE DOME PISTONS AND NEW JUGS. THE NOISE DOES NOT EFFECT POWER. RUNS GREAT. ADJUSTABLE ANDREWS PUSHRODS. HAS A LOT OF POWER. NEW BATTERY, BRAKES ARE GOOD, LUBED UP CHAIN, JUST CHANGED OIL AND CHANGED THE PRIMARY FLUID WITH HARLEY FORMULA +. CUSTOM MADE AIR CLEANER. ALSO WILL THROW IN LEATHER SADDLE BAGS FOR FREE. 2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase
Tue, 05 Feb 2013The Motorcycle Industry Council reported a 2.6% increase in motorcycle sales in the U.S. market for 2012. According to the industry group’s figures, American consumers purchased 452,386 motorcycles in 2012 compared to 440,899 motorcycles in 2011.

Harley-Davidson Goes Low for 2015
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed the new 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low, offering what it calls the the lowest seat height of any premium touring motorcycle on the market. Designed with riders 5 feet 7 inches and shorter in mind, the two Low models have a seat height of 25.6 inches from the ground, or 1.7 inches lower than the regular models. The lower seat isn’t the only change to accommodate shorter riders.
