Harley-Davidson Sportster description

great running sportster 1200 bobber. fresh top end with about 500 miles on it. here is a list of new items from front to back. then the engine. rebuilt the forks with Progressive Suspension 2" lowering kit, new seals, new powder coated lower legs. new headlight and bracket, polyurethane riser bushings, new 1.25" 14" ape hangers, biltwell whiskey throttle, new cables clutch/throttle. entire bike was rewired for a slam button, key ignition, headlight and taillight. new burly 10.5" slammer shocks, black side mount license mount. the engine has a full dyna ignition. S&S super E carb. Vance and Hines pro pipe. the top end was just redone. Jim's valve train. Andrews v6 cams. larger intake valves. ported and polished. Keith Black pistons machined to fit the intake valves. new oil pump. new battery. brand new Barnett Scorpion billet clutch. also replaced the stator/clutch rotor at the same time. The bike could use tires. Also there is a chunk cracked our of the back of the cam cover, it was done ON PURPOSE! It is in the part of the cover that most people machine off. Makes it look cooler. I have a spare rear fender new OEM. also a brand new speedometer and cable. I have all paperwork to prove the work was done and by a reputable motorcycle shop. just took a trip to traverse city and back, runs perfect. zero problems. its not cosmetically perfect, but I never wanted a pretty bike. some chips here and there. nothing crazy. I spent my money getting it running perfect. the price is fairly firm. and I have lots of extra parts. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things. Please ask any questions you may have. Thanks for looking

Erik Buell Racing has released the third episode of its series about the new 1190RS sportbike. The latest episode focuses on the company’s “Made in America” philosophy, with its goal of producing a high-performance superbike in the U.S.A.
