FOR SALE 1974 HARLEY DAVIDSON SPORTSTER IN GOOD CONDITION. BIKE WAS GONE OVER 2 YEARS AGO DRIVEN A COUPLE OF MONTHS THEN PUT IN STORAGE. THE BATTERY WENT DEAD SO IT WILL NEED A NEW ONE AND I WOULD ALSO CHANGE THE OIL. GAS WAS PRETTY MUCH DRAINED SO THERE SHOULD BE KNOW PROBLEM WITH THAT. THE BIKE IS A RIGHT SIDE SHIFT. HARLEY DID THIS FOR 1 OR 2 YEARS IT ALSO HAS A ELECTRIC START. ALSO INCLUDED IN THE SALE WILL BE THE ORIGINAL GAS TANK, FENDERS, PIPES, OIL TANK, AND TRN SIGNALS. H-D Confirms Road Glide Dump
Fri, 26 Jul 2013In a conference call with investors yesterday, Harley-Davidson Inc. admitted the rumors are true: the Motor Company is dropping the Road Glide. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, during the investor call Thursday discussing second-quarter results Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) Senior Vice President and CFO John Olin publicly confirmed the previously reported model dump to the Motor Company’s Touring lineup.

US Highland Making a Comeback
Thu, 13 Oct 2011US Highland appears to be making a comeback, announcing plans to begin processing new orders and having discussions with several OEMs for the use of the Oklahoma company’s powertrains. The Tulsa-based company did not mention which OEMs it is working with, though US Highland says the discussions could result in sales of over 20,000 units per year. The company is developing fuel injected V-Twin engines in 750cc, 950cc and 1050cc displacements and Singles in 350cc, 450cc and 507cc displacements.
