FOR SALE IS MY 1967 SPORTSTER.PAINTED THE BIKE FLAT BLACK.IT IS NOT A SMOOTH FINISH IT HAS A GRAIN TO IT.NEEDS TO HAVE THE IGNITION CYLINDER KEYED OR INSTALL A SIMPLE TOGGLE SWITCH TO SHUT THE BIKE OFF. NEEDS THE CHOKE CABLE INSTALLED AND THE HORN.BAD NEWS FOR ME IS THAT I STARTED IT UP AND IT RAN FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS.THE MOTOR IS NOW SEIZED AND I AM NOT FIXING IT.IT IS ALSO MISSING THE LEFT FRONT FORWARD CONTROL FOR THE BRAKE.SENT IT OUT TO THE MACHINE SHOP AND THEY LOST IT.BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.TRUE MILEAGE IS UNKOWN.DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE ZERO FEEDBACK. Five Takeaways from Harley-Davidson's Q4 2022 Results
Thu, 02 Feb 2023Del Mar delays, Project Fuel and the X350RA Harley-Davidson presented its fourth quarter 2022 financial results, and the results were generally strong, but not without a few hiccups. The quarter was strong, compared to the previous year, with revenues ($1.14 billion vs $1.02 billion), operating income (profit of $4 million vs loss of $7 million) diluted earnings per share ($0.28 versus $0.14) showing increases in 2022. For the year, Harley-Davidson reported revenues of $5.76 billion compared to $5.34 billion in 2021, and an operating income of $909 million compared to $823 million in the previous year.
2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase
Tue, 05 Feb 2013The Motorcycle Industry Council reported a 2.6% increase in motorcycle sales in the U.S. market for 2012. According to the industry group’s figures, American consumers purchased 452,386 motorcycles in 2012 compared to 440,899 motorcycles in 2011.
