I am the original owner of this garage kept 883 Iron flat black Sportster with very low miles, only 1572 miles at the time of this listing. For sale locally as well, may have a few more miles when the listing closes as the weather has been nice and I may want to squeeze a final ride in. Never laid down. Perfect, like new but better because much cheaper and the most popular add-ons have already been installed. Lots of extras, around $2000 worth, all purchased at the dealership, such as: battery tender, detachable windshield, music system/speakers with magnetic pouch on gas tank, loud Rush pipes, lizard lights (can cycle through the colors, set to one color, have the color solid or blinking and can change the speed of the blink), rhinestone derby cover, HD duffle bag on a detachable luggage rack, mustache highway bars. I have the original derby cover and pipes and you can have those as well with the purchase of this bike. Had the 1000 mile maintenance done at the dealership this spring. Runs as good as it looks. The gas cap also has a rhinestone bar/shield logo and a few of the stone have fallen out. You will need to pick up this bike in person and pay in CASH. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of sale. Balance due within 3 days of sale at pick up. Any requests for exceptions need to be asked prior to bidding.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
Zero Motorcycles Named to Made in USA Foundation Hall of Fame
Tue, 03 Jul 2012The Made in the USA Foundation has named Zero Motorcycles to its 2012 Hall of Fame class, recognizing the electric motorcycle manufacturer’s commitment to American manufacturing. Zero Motorcycles, founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, Calif., by former NASA engineer Neal Saiki, becomes the second motorcycle manufacturer named to the Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Harley-Davidson was inducted in 2011.
Airhawk Introduces DS Comfort Seating System For Dual Sport Bikes, Bikes With Narrow Seats
Fri, 16 May 2014Airhawk, Inc., has introduced the DS Comfort Seating System, a cushion designed specifically for motorcyclists who ride dual sport bikes or bikes with narrower seats. Features of the DS cushion include a narrow front to match the seat profile of most dual sport/adventure bikes and bikes with narrow seats. A tapered-down front minimizes unwanted pressure on the scrotum, and a heavy-duty hold-down strap system ensures a secure fit to the bike. The DS also works well with narrow customized or aftermarket seats that have been installed for the purpose of getting the rider lower to the ground.
