Harley-Davidson Softail description

I will let the pictures speak for themselves.  Too many parts to list.  Anyone familiar with Roland Sands Designs will know this bike.  I purchased the majority of parts from Roland Sands out in California and all work was done by Harley Davidson technicians here in Jacksonville NC and in Wilmington NC.  The custom paint was laid down by Rare Air Werx here in Wilmington NC as well.....best of the best paint job by Eirik Motz of RareAirWerx dot com.  The pictures absolutely do NOT do the paint or the bike any justice.  Bike is sitting in a Harley Davidson dealership as I don't have time to ride due to traveling consistently.  Bid with confidence on this bike.

Among the machines is a first-year Harley-Davidson Sportster believed to be the 10th XL883 produced in 1957, a 1933 Harley VLE police bike that saw actual duty on the streets of Chicago before being cast in the 1987 Kevin Costner gangster movie, “The Untouchables,” and an authentic and unrestored 1947 Harley Knucklehead wearing period aftermarket accessories. Wayne “Pappy” Pierce started his Harley-Davidson dealership in 1957, run out of a one-room tin shed in DeKalb, Illinois.
