The Hydra-Glide name celebrates its 75th anniversary, dating back to the first hydraulic fork that was equipped to a Harley-Davidson, replacing the springer front end in 1949, while the “slash” fuel tank design, emblem, classic round air filter cover, two-toned windshield, seat, and cases, are all nods to the 1956 FLH. Not everyone can pull off a tattoo, I know I can’t.  Or maybe I’m just too scared to ink up my entire arm for the rest of my life, sporting a faded and stretched color blotch when I’m 75 with my grand kids trying to guess what it once was. Well Harley-Davidson has a solution for me (and maybe you!) Fake it! Harley-Davidson’s new clothing line has been designed by “Tattoo Masters” to give you that authentic tattoo look, but on a shirt.

Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models

Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address  potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
