Harley-Davidson Softail description

2014 Harley-Davidson Softail Fat Boy Lo, 2014 HARLEY-DAVIDSON?? SOFTAIL?? FAT BOY?? LOFat, dark and strong, this down-and-dirty version of the custom icon is the big dog on the road. The 2014 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Lo FLSTFB model has all the features you expect on custom Harley bike. Hearkening to the 'hardtail' choppers of the '60s and '70s, the Fat Boy Lo model is one of the custom Harley motorcycles that keeps that heritage alive more than forty years later. And this special edition shows a darker side of the original 'fat custom' bike???laid-back and blacked-out with an unmistakable profile on the road. The Harley Fat Boy Lo model features a powerful air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with 6 speed cruise drive transmission, providing more performance power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with a passenger and luggage.

A Man of LOVE

Fri, 24 Oct 2008

I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).

Would you pay £160,000 for this?

Pretty it may be, but you wouldn't catch me spending £160,000 on this 1915 Harley-Davidson 11-F Twin that's coming up for sale at a Bonhams auction. It's allegedly one of the most sought-after Harleys and has buyers from around the world itching to splash out on it. Not literally, you'd hope.

What am I gonna do with a gun rack?

Wed, 27 Jul 2011

Living in Shoreditch I come across a unique variety of motorcycles on the road; from XS650s, to classic Lambrettas and one completely brown jelly-mould CBR600. My favourite of the regular bikes I see is this Harley-Davidson badged Armstrong MT500. In my head I like to think that the owner operates as an urban vigilante, realistically whoever rides this ex-Army bike is probably an artist and instead of a weapon in the gun holder it's probably art equipment.
