2014 Softail Slim, Beautiful bike Just like new, very low miles on it. Also tires are just like new and garage kept. Had its first service done by a Harley Davidson Dealership at 1000k. New oil temperature gage cap. Vance and Hines exhaust, sounds great! 16" detachable HD windshield, mini HD ape handlebars with smoke braided cables. HD grips, and HD black leather swing arm bag. 103 inch with 6 speed transmission. Also has chrome diamond ice derby and timing cover. Tue, 17 Dec 2013It’s probably not conducive for sleeping in heavenly peace, but Harley-Davidson has released a Christmas-themed ad with the song “Silent Night” performed by the revving V-Twin engine of a Softail Breakout. Titled “The Sound of the Festive Season”, the ad spot was produced by U.K agency Big Communications for Harley-Davidson Europe Middle East and Africa. According to AdWeek, the ad was conceived, sold and produced in just 72 hours.
Harley-Davidson Financial Services to Refund $228,000 in Settlement
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Harley-Davidson Financial Services agreed to reimburse more than 600 customers in Massachusetts a total of $228,000 to resolve a dispute over refunding enrollment fees on loans. Customers receiving financing occasionally pay optional enrollment fees for additional special loan terms. If a customer pays off its financing loan ahead of schedule, they may be entitled to a pro-rated refund on those enrollment fees.
2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.
