Harley-Davidson Softail description

2013 HD SLIM BAD BOY...FAST AND LOUD. Just over 1000 miles. Just had 1000 mile service completed at Dean of Cycles. No issues. I am the 2nd owner. Bike is perfect...flawless Black paint, chrome, tires, mechanical...all as you would expect on a bike with 1000 miles. A LOT of upgrade$. Bike has never seen rain and lives in a climate controlled garage. No time to ride.

HD mini apes with chrome turn signal and starter button housings

Braided stainless brake and clutch cables with matching braided spark plug wires

Chrome brake and clutch levers

Chrome passing lights

Smoked turn signals front and rear

Chrome front end ( Slim comes with mostly black front end)

Rear lowered 1.5 inches, has a killer low rider stance

Black seat and brown leather Corbin seat ( Corbin seat alone is $300)

Factory exhaust with mufflers removed and brushed aluminum end caps added...Sounds great!

Arlen Ness Big sucker 2 air cleaner

If you know HD then you know what upgrades cost...You WILL NOT FIND this much bike + upgrades for this price..PERIOD!

All original parts come with bike.

It's low, loud, and gets LOTS of attention when you pull in. A blast to ride. You will not be disappointed.

Harley-Davidson Denies Plans for Small-Displacement Model for India

Fri, 18 May 2012

India’s 13-million-unit-per-year motorcycle market is comprised of mostly small-displacement models, so it sounds odd at first when manufacturers such as Harley-Davidson and Triumph enter the market with their larger-displacment models. The question quickly arises as to whether they will stick with their existing big-bore models or introduce an all-new, small-capacity model for the Indian market. Manufacturers like the Big Four from Japan already produce smaller models for other markets so it’s a relatively easy task for them to introduce new models such as Honda‘s recently launched 109cc Dream Yuga.

A (Not So) Silent Night from Harley-Davidson – Video

Tue, 17 Dec 2013

It’s probably not conducive for sleeping in heavenly peace, but Harley-Davidson has released a Christmas-themed ad with the song “Silent Night” performed by the revving V-Twin engine of a Softail Breakout. Titled “The Sound of the Festive Season”, the ad spot was produced by U.K agency Big Communications for Harley-Davidson Europe Middle East and Africa. According to AdWeek, the ad was conceived, sold and produced in just 72 hours.

Harley-Davidson Hiring 400 Temporary Workers

Wed, 13 Nov 2013

Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production. The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.
