If you wish to spend the night and get an early start, there are several reasonable hotels near this airport and we will be happy to help.

 All vehicles are sold in the state of Texas and adhere to this state's laws

Most of our vehicles have factory warranty, we do offer extended warranties as well.  Therefore our vehicles are sold as is with warranties coming from the factory or extended warranties as purchased by the buyer.

Our vehicles may have a few more miles than stated as a result of test drives etc.

• All vehicles we auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned title).

• The winning bidder must contact Benfor Fine Autos within 24 hours by phone713-828-0048 or E- mail (benforsw@aol.com) to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or E-mail.
• The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500 deposit required via bank wire transfer, or certified funds(cashier's check) or paypal to start the transaction. 
• The buyer must complete the transaction within 7 days
• All sales are subject to $95 dealer admin fee, $100 documentary fee, state inspection fee of $40.75, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002245 of the purchase price. Ex. $10,000 purchase = $22.45 VIT Taxes.

• Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, registration fee of $110.30. Out-of-state customers may pay tax and register the vehicle in their own applicable state. 
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested.
