This CVO transforms from head-turning bar hopper into a great looking tourer in minutes by putting on the custom-painted, color-matched hard bags. Stand out from the crowd. It has all the chrome and upscale equipment that comes from the factory on a CVO, including detachable faring with alarm/security system and big digital readout speedo and analog tach. Plus custom leather lizard inset seat and detachable passenger upright and backrest. In addition to the custom-painted hard bags with pull-out liners, I've added heated grips, highway pegs, flush mount gas caps, digital oil cap, six-inch risers, Vance & Hines Big Shot true dual pipes, an HD oil cooler, Screamin' Eagle horn cover. Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary
Thu, 08 Dec 2011Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.
