I bought this bike from an adult rider who had babied it "As I Have" Has always been garage kept. Only has 6933 miles! Hard to find White Ice Pearl/Black Ice Pearl 2- tone was an expensive custom color direct from the factory.The 2010 model came standard with 96" motor and -speed transmission. It also has a chrome nostalgic tank console with the retro speedometer face and 2-tone leather tank panel with matching sissy bar back rest trim along with a ton of factory chrome,factory option smooth profile spoke wheels with wide tires.Other options include deluxe detachable windshield, engine guard, large passenger seat, matching windshield pouch, set of new wind deflectors. Fully seviced, fresh fluids, new Harley Davidson battery. Ready to ride. I looked a long time to find this bike and truely hate to let her go but I need the money for down payment on a home. Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’
Tue, 21 Sep 2010Stephen King will be making a guest appearance on the hit TV show, Sons of Anarchy, later tonight. King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Detroit Police Department Restores 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead
Fri, 13 Dec 2013The Detroit Police Department revealed a restored a 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead police bike that was found during the move to its new headquarters. The 76-year-old police motorcycle was found disassembled at the old headquarters after several decades in storage. According to MLive, the police department attempted to restore the motorcycle in 1974 but never got around to completing it.
