Harley-Davidson Softail description
For sale by original owner 2009 Softail Custom. It came with the two tone Black Ice Blue Ice paint scheme and the optional spoked rear wheel. I have done a few things to this bike to make it ride like I wanted. I put on taller dogbones, lowered the rear shocks two inches, which can be adjusted to stock height, extended the front forks three inches and put on a 5degree rake triple tree. It also has a Harley luggage rack, tachometer, shorty mirrors, and an aftermarket sissy bar. It also has a Harley sissy bar knapsack and leather quick disconnect bags. I have only ridden it with the bags on one time. A quick disconnect windshield/faring also is included. It is great on the highway, but for short trips I usually just ride with a helmet or just shades. I just prefer the look of the bike without it. The tires have been changed and have 60% or better tread. Has a Harley rear tire and Avon Speedmaster front. It has modified softail slash cut mufflers, sounds great. It also has had it's 10000 mile check up and service at the local Harley Shop. I have all the stock parts that go with it except the original fork tubes, can't find them. Financial problems force sale because this is a great bike and I really hate to let it go.
