Harley-Davidson Softail description

This motorcycle needs nothing. There are many extras, including a HD factory installed security system. I purchased the motorcycle from my local HD dealer.

The motorcycle is kept in my garage.

It has a Vance & Hines (V&H) dual pipe exhaust system with a HD race tuner, which was installed by my local HD dealer. The HD race tuner is included with the purchase. The V&H pipes and HD race tuner added more power to the motorcycle.

I have all the service records, including owners manual. I will give the successful buyer a three-ring binder that includes the service records and manuals for all the add-ons. Here are the add-ons to the motorcycle, which are all HD genuine parts:
  • HD chrome luggage rack
  • HD chrome saddlebag guards
  • HD chrome engine guard
  • HD auxiliary oil cooler. This feature allows the motorcycle to run cooler. It cost several hundred dollars to buy and install.
  • HD chrome passenger foot boards
  • HD chrome bezels on headlights, auxiliary lights and front/rear turn signals
  • A 12 volt connection for GPS or any other device.
  • Pioneer speakers and amp system. The speakers are waterproof. Connect your ipod, iphone or mp3 player and enjoy your favorite tunes while you ride.
The tires (front and back) were replaced in June 2013 and have only 2000 miles, so they are practically new.

****PLEASE NOTE: THE IPOD AND MOUNT, GPS MOUNT AND SMALL WINDSHIELD BAG ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE.****

The motorcycle can be picked up in North Haledon, NJ.

Thanks for bidding.

Harley’s Behind the Scenes at The Art of Rebellion

Wed, 06 May 2009

On February 7th, 2009, at the Robert Berman Gallery in Santa Monica’s Bergamot Station Arts Center, Harley-Davidson gathered 11 of today’s most relevant and exciting artists to present their take on the theme of rebellion. Because the event was so popular, The Art of Rebellion one-night only event quickly became a month long showing. Artwork was for sale and the proceeds were donated to Art Matters, a foundation that assists socially and aesthetically groundbreaking artists.

Harley-Davidson’s 110th Anniversary Party Is Just A Week Away

Fri, 23 Aug 2013

Harley-Davidson has been preparing for its 110th anniversary party for the past year, celebrating in 11 countries on six different continents. In the past year, Harley-Davidson employees, dealers and riders have shared thousands of amazing experiences, including a ride through the Tibetan Plateau in China, a parade along the beaches of Sao Paulo and even a Papal blessing. But now the party is coming home to Milwaukee over Labor Day weekend, which promises to be the biggest celebration of them all.  Milwaukee residents have always been cordial hosts for Harley-Davidson enthusiasts who make the journey to the City of Festivals from around the world. One Anniversary tradition is the welcoming home of thousands of riders by Milwaukee area residents who stand on the city’s highway overpasses with homemade welcome signs as riders arrive in Milwaukee.
