The new Rockertail™ suspension features a fender suspended right over the rear tire with no visible supports. New stop-turn-tail lights keep the rear end uncluttered. You’ve got a new cast aluminum take on our venerable horseshoe oil tank. Ghost flames on the paint. Chrome on the exposed steel. You could look forever, but then you’d miss the main attraction. We used our experience in chassis dynamics to bring a premium ride to the radical long custom. Add in the Softail® family’s trademark hidden suspension and counterbalanced Twin Cam 96B™ engine. Mopar to Sponsor Canadian Superbike Championship
Mon, 12 Dec 2011Chrysler’s parts and accessories brand Mopar has signed on to be the title sponsor for the 2012 Canadian Superbike Championship. Mopar replaces Parts Canada which recently ended a 22-year partnership with CSBK over controversial comments made by the series organizer on an Internet forum. The seven-round CSBK series includes separate pro and amateur Superbike and Sportbike classes, as well as a Harley-Davidson XR1200 Cup and a new spec series for young riders featuring the Honda CBR250R.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q1 2013 Results
Thu, 25 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson reported 15.9% increase in motorcycle revenue despite selling 9.1% fewer motorcycles over the first quarter of 2013. According to the company’s first quarter 2013 report, Harley-Davidson recorded revenues of $1.15 billion from motorcycle sales, compared to $995.9 million in the same quarter of 2012. At the same time, Harley-Davidson sold 54,254 motorcycles worldwide over the first quarter, down from 59,677 motorcycles in the same period last year.

Well, you might not have done that, I know I haven't, but one man who did was Steve Hopkins who built this bike using 7 Harley-Davidson engines some which date back over 100 years. To prove it rides, Hopkins and nine passengers hopped on the bike on Saturday to start the 900 mile ride from Wisconsin to Sturgis.
