Harley-Davidson Softail description
2007 Harley-Davidson Softail CUSTOM, Under 11,500 miles on it, and dripping with chrome. If this chopper doesn't move your soul, stir your loins, and make you feel like you'll run over Grandma if she tries to keep you from getting it, then move on to the next listing. ---- What you SHOULD already know: Wide, 200 mm rear tire. Factory ape-hangers, connected to a 21 inch chrome, laced wheel. A 96 cubic inch Twin Cam, hooked-up to the 6-speed transmission, via belt drive. ---- What you NEED to know: Quick-connect windshield (no hardware on the forks). Front tire has less than 150 miles on it. Rear tire (bought around May, 2013) still has the manufacturing "nubbies" on it. Vance & Hines Straight-Shots (added May, 2012). Fuel regulator added with the pipes. Custom grips & foot pegs. Twisted chrome luggage rack & padded back rest. I bought it in April, 2012. It went from being in a garage, to my covered back patio (since March, 2013). I've got 2 key-fobs, including the ignition switch/fork-lock keys. No runs, no drips, no issues with this horse. One of my riding buddies moved out of town, then I moved, and it's just sitting here, wanting to get into the wind again. Stuff I'll throw in, at no cost: Stock exhaust pipes, jacket & gloves, battery tender, bike cover, owners manual, and some other stuff. I've had people follow me into stores, to tell me what a great looking bike this is. You WILL get noticed! Now, the bad news for you ----- I don't "have" to get rid of this bike, so save yourself some heartache, and don't come with a silly counter-offer. I won't take it, and you'll hate yourself for having seen it, and not being able to make the deal happen. Wanna take it for a test-ride? No problem. Here's what you'll need: 1 - Drivers license, with motorcycle endorsement (I'll be hanging-on to it, while you're on the test-ride). 2 - $10,300 -- Cash (you ARE a serious buyer, right?). 3 - Your signature on a bill of sale, which will have a provision stating you can return the bike by a certain time, in the same condition it was in when you took it, and get your money back. If the bike comes back damaged, you own it. 4 - Your own helmet (what you do on "your" bike is up to you -- and until this one's your's, you'll wear a helmet). $10,300.00
