Harley-Davidson Softail description

This is a 2006 Harley Davidson Softail Night Train. Twin Cam 95. With less than 15k miles and is in showroom condition. This is my baby and I have taken great care of her and its going to hurt to sell. This is not a stock bike as there are many upgrades. Starting with the engine. It has a dealer installed Screamin Eagle Stage II kit which includes big bore cylinders, flat top pistons, pushrods, and S.E.203 cams. And a Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather kit for induction. The carb is correctly jetted and this is the last year carburetors were available on Harleys. The exhaust is custom and you wont find another exhaust like it around. The pipes were made by Hooker before they stopped making exhausts for motorcycles. I had them professionally thermal coated black and the tip chromed. The performance upgrades make for a very noticable bump in HP and torque over stock bikes as it turns it into a 1550cc from a stock 1450cc.The wheels are custom as well with black powdercoated rims and hubs and chrome twisted spokes for a one of a kind look. The lower fork tubes have been powdercoated black. It has a chrome bullet headlamp and a quick detach passenger backrest. All billit grips and pegs. Smoked LED tail light with intigrated turn signals. A left side leather swingarm bag, many more covers, caps, and accents. I also have original pipes with Screamin Eagle Slip-ons to go with it too. Feel free to ask questions. If you are in town and want to take a look at it, feel free to message me to set up a time to stop by. Thanks for looking.

This bike is listed locally as well so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time.

Barbie and Ken get biker makeover

Mon, 15 Feb 2010

IF YOU'VE a young daughter and you want to keep her away from motorcycles when she's older (or more likely the men that ride them) then look away now.Yes folks, Barbie and Ken are getting serious makeover to keep them up-to-date for 2010 - the new Harley-Davidson endorsed couple now come complete with biker gear, tattoos and even piercings (a Prince Albert, perhaps?). It makes you wonder what Mattel, the company behind the plastic duo, has next in the pipeline. Maybe they'll have a model of Birmingham airport, where Ken can kick the sh*t out of rival bike gang members?
