Harley-Davidson Softail description

Just serviced. I have a 2005 Fatboy FLSTFSE for sale, I need to sale this because I haven't had time to ride it the last couple years. I am the 2nd owner, there is a small paint chip on the back fender shown in one of the pictures. It has a 2 into 1 exhaust and sounds like a true Harley. Also comes with removable windshield-a must for a Fatboy. The tires are new Dunlops. Grips are in great condition and this bike is ready for the road.

We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

Well, you might not have done that, I know I haven't, but one man who did was Steve Hopkins who built this bike using 7 Harley-Davidson engines some which date back over 100 years. To prove it rides, Hopkins and nine passengers hopped on the bike on Saturday to start the 900 mile ride from Wisconsin to Sturgis.

Marlon Brando Estate Files Suit Against Harley-Davidson

Tue, 17 May 2011

Brando Enterprises, an operating entity that protects the Marlon Brando brand on behalf of the actor’s family, has filed a lawsuit against Harley-Davidson. The suit alleges Harley-Davidson used the legendary actor’s name without a license for a leather riding boot called “The Brando”. “It is interesting that Harley-Davidson – a company that is vigorously protective of its own brand – would seek to exploit an iconic property without benefit of a licensing agreement,” says  Jeffrey I.
