I have a very nice and clean bike for sale. It has plenty of extras. Custom wheels, integrated led tail light in the rear fender, ostrich skin seats, Python exhaust, fully built engine from Harley dealership, forged crank, screaming eagle heads with titanium vales, upgraded springs, performance cam shafts, ad so on. Bike is extremely stout. We only take the bike to shows, and some local charity rides. No issues, No flaws, No dents, No scratches. Tires have 500 miles on them, engine up grade has 2000 miles at most. I also have back matching seat, and removable half windshield for long rides. I have the seat bolts out in the photos because I keep a trickle charger on the bike. But will install them before pick up or shipping. Feel free to call 205-393-3007. US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
Harley’s Ed Krawiec is 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Champ
Mon, 14 Nov 2011Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Ed Krawiec is the 2011 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle world champion. Krawiec clinched the title with a second-round win at the Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals at Auto Club Raceway that eliminated Lucas Oil Buell rider Hector Arana Jr., the only rider in the field with a chance to overtake Krawiec for the championship. Krawiec advanced to the final round and lost to his Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate Andrew Hines, who finished the season third in points.
