Harley-Davidson Softail description

2001 HD FATBOY

- Maintenance has been done on this bike every 5000 miles.

- The rear tire is a Michelin Commander II and the front tire is a Dunlop E3. Both are in good shape and should last many, many more miles.
- As you can see the bike almost has 30,000 miles. I have put all but 7400 of them on this bike.
- I have done many customization's on this bike including:
-- Heritage handlebars
-- Kuryakyn grips
-- Harley seat with backrest
-- Custom wheels
-- Screamin Eagle exhaust
-- Stage 1 Kit - I believe if my memory serves me correctly a vance & hines tuner
-- Chrome front and rear fender tips
-- Added a luggage rack
-- Chrome controls and switch housings
-- New battery

2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST and Street Glide ST First Look

Wed, 26 Jan 2022

ST models offer CVO-level performance Taking inspiration from its championship-winning King of the Baggers factory race bikes, Harley-Davidson introduces new, performance-focused ST versions of the Road Glide and Street Glide. Like Kyle Wyman’s King of the Baggers Road Glide Special racer, the Road Glide ST and Street Glide ST have been upgraded with some Screamin’ Eagle Performance Parts upgrades. Harley didn’t go so far as to install the same Screamin’ Eagle 131ci crate engine, but the new ST models do come with the Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin with a high-flow intake, high-performance camshaft and a new exhaust to deliver the same level of performance as its CVO models.

Zero Motorcycles Launches Dealer Network

Tue, 12 Jul 2011

Zero Motorcycles announced a new network of eight dealerships as the electric motorcycle company begins the transition from an online-based sales model to a traditional showroom sales model. Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.

Watch As Motorcyclist Gets Chased By Elk – Video

Mon, 14 Oct 2013

Apparently, elks aren’t too keen on motorcyclists, as the video below demonstrates. This couple, aboard what sounds like a Harley-Davidson (that potato-potato exhaust note is unmistakeable), were riding along in Missoula, Montana when this elk decided he wanted to take the road for himself. As traffic slowed and eventually passed, the elk took a growing interest in the couple on the motorcycle, approaching them.
