1999 Harley-Davidson Softail STANDARD, This is the last year of the dependable,"bullet-proof", gear driven cam engine. It has never broken down. Of course, it is garage kept and I have been a biker for 45 years. It has been maintained better than manufacturer's recommendations and is in excellent shape mechanically and cosmetically. There are too many custom items to list all of them, but I will note it has custom aluminum wheels, rotors with new brake pads and a new rear Dunlop GT-501 tire installed when wheels were installed a few hundred miles ago. There are thousands of dollars in add-on covers, chrome hardware and goodies. I will throw in an H.D. bike cover and a set of leather bags to the right buyer. Enclosed trailer delivery is a possibility, if necessary at a reasonable cost to buyer, with-in Florida. But I am located within a few miles of the Palm Beach International Airport, so you can fly in and drive it home..ANYWHERE. I have another bike and want to by another antique car, so let's make a deal before Christmas and make everyone happy. Harley-Davidson Financial Services to Refund $228,000 in Settlement
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Harley-Davidson Financial Services agreed to reimburse more than 600 customers in Massachusetts a total of $228,000 to resolve a dispute over refunding enrollment fees on loans. Customers receiving financing occasionally pay optional enrollment fees for additional special loan terms. If a customer pays off its financing loan ahead of schedule, they may be entitled to a pro-rated refund on those enrollment fees.

Ed Spalding of Terrace, British Columbia, Canada, and his close friend Roger Bourgoin bought Harley-Davidson motorcycles in 1991. To celebrate their purchases, the two also bought a pair of gold rings.
Harley-Davidson and Brando Estate Settle Boot Suit
Tue, 06 Mar 2012The estate of Marlon Brando and Harley-Davidson have reached a settlement in a civil suit over the use of the actor’s name. As reported last May, the dispute was over a leather riding boot Harley-Davidson sold as “The Brando”. The suit sought an injunction for Harley-Davidson to stop using the Brando name, and asked for unspecified damages.
