Harley-Davidson Softail description

Here we have a beautiful example of a 1998 Harley Davidson Softail Custom. It's been primarily used as a weekend toy, is garaged kept and well maintained. It has under 25,000 miles and has recently been serviced with all synthetic fluids in the engine, transmission and primary. Upgrades include: Metzeler ME880 tires, Python 3 pipes and All Balls Starter Clutch. Replaced items: Regulator, Stator and Hand Grips. It has the original red paint, with some minor blemishes on the tank and fenders. This is an extremely fast, loud, dependable, and strong running motorcycle with no issues! Any questions, please feel free to ask.

Three-Year-Old Motorcycle Prodigy?

Tue, 18 Aug 2009

Even though Tiger woods started paying golf at age two, this story of a three-year-old boy from New Delhi, India is probably just as impressive, maybe more.  Azeem Khan, photographed on the Royal Enfield Bullet above, has been granted a special license by judges in India allowing him to ride his motorcycle on side roads but is not allowed out on the main roads by himself. Khan’s father had to customize the bike so that the young boy could reach the controls and prove that he could handle the motorcycle on his own. I used to sit him on my bike and he would always grab at the controls.

Twin-engine pulsejet motorcycle. As you do..

Mon, 21 Feb 2011

The guy behind this twin-engined pulsejet motorcycle, Robert 'Bob' Maddox, fascinates me. He's a cabinet maker by trade but is somewhat an expert in the field of pulsejet engineering and has built a whole host of machines powered by the ever so subtle jet engine. This latest bike is dubbed a Harley-Davidson Sportjet, although it has nothing to do with Milwaukee and I'm not sure why H-D made it onto the tank...
