Harley-Davidson Softail description

This '98 Fatboy has been very well cared for and retains most of its original look. Although this bike has only 16k miles it does have a couple surface imperfections. They are few and minor and I was unable to capture them clearly enough in the photos.
The modest additions to this beauty include:
 Harley Screaming Eagle ignition
 Stage 1 high flow breather
 Mikuni 42mm carburetor
Harley Screaming Eagle slip on exhaust
 Custom chrome spoked rotors
 LePera solo seat
 2000-up forks/front caliper
This bike is completely functional and ready to ride with a clean California title and registration through April 2017.
Should you have any questions regarding the condition of the bike or terms of the sale, please do not hesitate to contact me!

As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.

Harley-Davidson Reports Q3 2012 Results

Tue, 23 Oct 2012

Harley-Davidson reported a profit of $134.0 million dollars over the third quarter of 2012. That represents a 27% decrease from the net profit of $183.6 million reported over the same quarter of 2011, but the drop was an expected result from a planned decrease in third quarter shipments as Harley-Davidson adopts an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) manufacturing system at its York, Pa., factory. The Milwaukee company shipped 52,793 motorcycles in the three months ended Sept.
