Harley-Davidson Other description

Head turner, custom chopper! Bike is awesome! The paint is beautiful and a rare option for this bike. Rich deep black with ghost blue flames. It is all factory with a 240 back tire that makes it a pretty smooth ride. It has been garage kept and just was serviced with a fresh oil change, cleaned carb, flushed fuel and new battery. The bike is a 2004 with just over 4000 miles on it. It hardly gets to hit the road. I start is and take it around the block on the weekends and take it to work on nice days.

The engine is 100 ci (1639 cc) 45 degree V-twin
6 speed transmission
Carburetor, Mikuni 42mm
Seat height 25"
Rake 38 degrees
Fuel capacity 3.8

2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Revealed

Tue, 26 Aug 2014

It’s no surprise, as we’ve already seen the spy photos and California Air Resources Board documents, but Harley-Davidson has officially introduced its new Freewheeler trike, adding a second three-wheeled model to go with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.

India Raises Import Duty on Motorcycles to 75%

The government of India has laid out its budget for 2013-2014, increasing the import duty for large motorcycles. The news will impact several major manufacturers hoping to gain a stake in the world’s second largest motorcycle market. India has become the hotspot for manufacturers but one of the biggest obstacles they face is the duty India levies on luxury goods.

Motorcycle Ride for Diabetes

Fri, 23 Jan 2009

Photograph by: Roy Antal, Leader-Post By and large, motorcyclists are some of the most generous citizens in the world. Riding events all over the world bring in untold millions of dollars for numerous worthy charities. Keeping with this theme, one hardy Canadian rider is braving the Great White North’s frigid winter temperatures by riding his Harley coast to coast to raise awareness for diabetes, a disease that has seen a rapid explosion of new afflictions.
