Welcome to the top-of-the-line bagger. The 2014 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited model FLHTK is a premium featured touring bike full of authentic Harley-Davidson grand American touring style. As part of Project RushMore, the Ultra Limited has been redesigned for 2014 and features a new twin-cooled high output Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with more low-end torque and passing power. The new Twin Cam 103 is mated to a smooth-shifting 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission for low rpm at highway speeds. For 2014, the Ultra Limited has more room and touring comfort for the passenger and a redesigned iconic batwing fairing to reduce head buffeting. The 2014 Ultra Limited Harley-Davidson motorcycle features the new Reflex Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with dynamically, electronically linked brakes for optimum braking regardless of road conditions. Long distance riding has never been better. The new Boom Box Infotainment system provides the loudest, clearest sound and most intuitive operation ever on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. A key feature of the bike is the motorcycle luggage capacity. The sleek new touring saddlebags and Tour Pak provide more room for your gear. New on the Ultra Limited this year are Daymaker LED headlamps and LED fog lamps that provide 450 feet of punch down the road. The saddlebags on the Ultra Limited have new latches that can be operated with one hand. Also found on the Harley Ultra Limited is a 6-gallon fuel tank so you have to stop less for fuel. 2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.
2015 Harley-Davidson CVO Lineup Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed its four-model Custom Vehicle Operations lineup for 2015, adding new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide to go with the returning CVO Softail Deluxe and CVO Limited.
