Harley-Davidson Other description
2014 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy, IN STOCK - The original fat custom icon with a burly style that's often imitated but never duplicated. The 2014 Harley-Davidson Softail Fat Boy FLSTF model is one of the quintessential cruiser motorcycles. Hearkening to the 'hardtail' choppers of the '60s and '70s, the Harley-Davidson Fat Boy motorcycle keeps that heritage alive more than forty years later. The FLSTF Fat Boy is the original 'fat custom' bike—laid-back and luxurious with an unmistakable profile on the road. The Harley Fat Boy features an air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission, providing more power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with a passenger and luggage. Take a seat on this Harley and get the experience of one of the 2014 H-D cruiser motorcycles. Learn about other Harley Softail motorcycles in addition to this cruiser. Look at the Heritage Softail Classic model, too; this classic motorcycle is ready for the road. If you like choppers, be sure to take a look at the Fat Boy Lo model, another of the custom H-D motorcycles.

In an article recently published by Consumer Reports, some tips are provided for women looking to enter the sport for the first time. The first bit of advice is to “Sit on a lot of different bikes first,” says Angela Annamalai of Shelby’s Powersports in Bronx, New York.
Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show
Mon, 28 Sep 2009Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.
Off-Road Motorcycle and Free-Ride Bicycle Compared
Thu, 11 Dec 2008What if anything do bicycles and motorcycles have in common? Besides the whole two-wheel thing, it isn’t outright apparent that these two “handle-barred beasts” share more than ancient ancestry. Modern Off-road motorcycle and Free-ride bicycle designs side-by-side illustrate how much technology the two have in common.
