2012 Harley-Davidson Ultra classic limited FLHTK. Ember red/Merlot is the color. 5965 miles. Bike has $1000 in add ons that include RC Xtreme slip on mufflers, (nice deep rumble, not ear peircing), rider highway pegs, Kuryakan 3 postion passenger highway pegs, tinted lens, Saddleman 3 pouch windsheild bags, windsheild trim, speaker accents. The Limited's come with chrome wheels, luggage rack, heated grips, led gauges.6 speed trans, 103 ci. CB, am/fm stereo,weather, CD player, cruise control, ABS. Excellent condition. Bike comes with a 3yr exeneded warranty WITH tire coverage. Rear tire has about 1,100 miles on it, picked up a nail and it was replaced at NO cost. Bike has both saddle bags storage bags and the trunk bag (never been used). Price is $21,000, NO tax and with the warranty. Title in hand-clean. Twin-engine pulsejet motorcycle. As you do..
Mon, 21 Feb 2011The guy behind this twin-engined pulsejet motorcycle, Robert 'Bob' Maddox, fascinates me. He's a cabinet maker by trade but is somewhat an expert in the field of pulsejet engineering and has built a whole host of machines powered by the ever so subtle jet engine. This latest bike is dubbed a Harley-Davidson Sportjet, although it has nothing to do with Milwaukee and I'm not sure why H-D made it onto the tank...
US Highland Making a Comeback
Thu, 13 Oct 2011US Highland appears to be making a comeback, announcing plans to begin processing new orders and having discussions with several OEMs for the use of the Oklahoma company’s powertrains. The Tulsa-based company did not mention which OEMs it is working with, though US Highland says the discussions could result in sales of over 20,000 units per year. The company is developing fuel injected V-Twin engines in 750cc, 950cc and 1050cc displacements and Singles in 350cc, 450cc and 507cc displacements.
