The 2012 Harley-Davidson Dyna Fat Bob FXDF is a Dark Custom with a big motorcycle feel. New for 2012, the Harley Fat Bob features a powerful, new, larger air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with 6-speed cruise drive tranmission, providing more performance power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with passenger and cargo. For the custom style you want, the Fat Bob motorcycles beefy handlebar is truly reminiscent of an aggressive quarter mile monster. And with the wires routed through the steel, you get a clean, minimal look with nothing standing in your way of the open road. Add to that the wide stance and 16 inch front wheel, and you have a cool fat custom look with a powerful big twin engine. And if you like a little Harley chrome on an otherwise stripped down bike, take a look at the Fat Bob rear chrome shocks. Qianjiang-Built 353cc Harley-Davidson Inches Closer to Production
Tue, 15 Mar 2022VIN decoder confirms 353cc Parallel-Twin engine A small displacement Harley-Davidson model developed with Chinese manufacturer Qianjiang may finally be nearing production. The prospective 350cc model has been in the works since 2019, and despite design filings of the bike and a look at the Harley-branded engine, we haven’t heard any official statement on when it will go into production. Harley-Davidson first showed renderings of its small-displacement model in 2019.
Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
