New for 2012, the Harley Ultra Classic Electra Glide features a powerful, new, larger air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with 6-speed cruise drive tranmission, providing more performance power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with passenger and lugagge. The Harley Ultra Classic Electra Glide offers two types of motorcycles wheels. The optional motorcycle wheels offered on the Ultra Classic Electra Glide can give this bike a different look so be sure to check them out in the Paint & Wheels section. H-D Confirms Road Glide Dump
Fri, 26 Jul 2013In a conference call with investors yesterday, Harley-Davidson Inc. admitted the rumors are true: the Motor Company is dropping the Road Glide. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, during the investor call Thursday discussing second-quarter results Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) Senior Vice President and CFO John Olin publicly confirmed the previously reported model dump to the Motor Company’s Touring lineup.
Japanese Bike Shop Giving Away Harley-Davidson with Life-Sized Anime Character
Mon, 15 Apr 2013Japanese shop Bike-O is holding a draw with a rather unique grand prize: a used 2008 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a life-sized figure of anime character Fujiko Mine from the long-running anime and manga series “Lupin III“. We’re not sure whether the motorcycle or the statue is supposed to be the bigger prize here, to be honest. Obviously, we’d rather have an actual road-worthy Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a custom “champagne pink” paint job.
