This is one beautiful and unique motorcycle with its Limited Edition Harley-Davidson paint set (#35 of 200) and over $15,000 in chrome, accessories, and engine upgrades. The bike shows 33,00 miles on the odometer. However there is only 1200 miles on the completely rebuilt and upgraded 103 ci engine. I am a PhD Certified H-D technician with 10+ years experience and I did the rebuild myself utilizing all High Performance/High Output Screaming Eagle parts. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.

Zero Enters South American Market
Wed, 28 Sep 2011Zero Motorcycles has signed a distribution deal with the Brazilian dealer network Grupo Izzo, bringing its electric motorcycles to first Brazil, and soon across South America. Brazil is one of the world’s fastest growing markets for motorcycles, a market Zero hopes to tap with its new distribution deal. Grupo Izzo is based mainly in Brazil with 11 locations, but has plans to expand into other South American countries.
