2009 Harley-Davidson FXCWC - Rocker C, As the chrome-laden version of the Rocker, the Rocker C features an industry-first Trick seat design, which hides a passenger pillion and struts under the solo seat. Simply lift off the solo seat and the passenger pillion folds out over the Rockertail rear section for surprisingly comfortable two-up riding. Many components are chrome plated, including the headlamp, the handlebar riser, the fork lowers, and the tank console and speedometer. Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
