Harley-Davidson Other tech info
Harley-Davidson Other description
2008 Harley-Davidson Street Glide FLHX, A custom for the long haul, the FLHX Street Glide offers the comfort and function of a dresser with stripped-down styling. Lowered rear suspension, a smoked mini-wind deflector, and Tri-line LED lighting at the bottom of the rear fender gives the Street Glide a low, lean profile. A traditional 'bat wing' fairing holds a 40-watt Advanced Audio System by Harman/Kardon, while a new, shorter antenna streamlines the look. A new stretched, chrome fuel tank console and Streamliner footboards, brake pedal and passenger pegs finish the custom treatment.

We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

Tue, 03 Sep 2024A double dose of nostalgia Photos by Edward Narraca; Harley-Davidson Museum Archives I love classic Americana. Hot rods, choppers, you name it. It’s one of the things that make me proud to be from the place that this aesthetic was born.
