Harley-Davidson Other tech info
Harley-Davidson Other description
2007 Harley-Davidson XL1200R, This is one of the cleanest Sportster 1200's we have seen and nicely done in a two-tone Black and Cream. The low miles and great condition only add to the value. There are great aftermarket goodies such as the Power Commander tuned fuel management that go along with the Supertrapp exhaust. The turn indicators, plate relocation kit, mirrors and brushed aluminum trim pieces make this a killer. The upgraded Progressive suspension doesn't hurt this fine machine either and the rear turn indicators double as running and brake lights. All the stock parts will go with the bike as well stock mirrors, turn indicators, rear suspension, exhaust and tail light among other things in the box. Our safety inspection is pending along with an oil and filter change. The only fault we could see is the rear wheel has some pitting which we have seen in other XL's. If you're chasing a clean and unique Sportster this one may be the one you're looking for. Call us to reserve this bike. John (x125) or Brian (x112) at 603.964.2877 or visit our NH location with questions or to purchase this machine.

Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care
Tue, 26 Mar 2013A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.
