2007 Harley-Davidson FLSTF - Softail Fat Boy, ASK THOMAS FOR DETAILS2007 Harley-Davidson Softail Fat Boy Only the name is the same on the revised to the FLSTF Fat Boy, which grows bigger, broader and brighter for 2007. Besides more power, 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission and standard Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI), the Fat Boy gets funkier and flashier with a major upgrade to its already muscular profile. Start at the back with a new 200mm rear tire and extra chopped rear fender. A new two-tone and two-up seat with laced triple bullet tank strap sits behind a traditional Fat Bob fuel tank with new customized graphics matching those on the fenders and laced triple bullet detailed tank strap. The Fat Boy cuts a wide path with a new 17-inch front wheel, chrome front fork nacelle and giant bare knuckle risers and a fat custom internally-wired handlebar. New Silver, Bullet Hole Disc Cast Aluminum wheels complete the new Fat Boy look. It's big, bad and fatter than ever. Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.

Harley does however really seem to reinforce the stereotype of a typical Harley rider, I’m not sure if I am cool enough but the new Sportster Forty-Eight looks great! Q1 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Sales Down 14.7% from 2011
Wed, 01 May 2013U.S. motorcycle sales were down 14.7% over the first quarter compared to the same period last year, reports the Motorcycle Industry Council. The industry group, which collected data from 20 reporting manufacturers, says American consumers bought 93,375 motorcycles and scooters in the first three months of 2013, down from the 109,425 vehicles purchased in the same period of 2012.
