The addition of the Twin Cam 96 engine and 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission make the Electra Glide Classic a powerful touring machine with a passenger and cargo. Reduced clutch lever effort, an adjustable Tour-Pak, comfortable passenger seating area and 40-watt Advanced Audio System by Harman/Kardon surround the rider and passenger in comfort and style. The Electra Glide Classic with standard ESPFI provides even throttle response and engine performance in various weather and elevation conditions. This one has lots of extras, including a quick detachable trunk.

As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.
Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results
Fri, 01 Nov 2013Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
