I purchased new and have original documentation, owners manual etc. Never been down. Never in the rain. Has trunk luggage rack. Everything works. Dealer maintained. Also have a Harley bike cover. The annual study measures the effectiveness of motorcycle dealerships, rating them on how they perform in different categories, such as inviting customers to sit on a floor model, offering demo rides and asking for a customer’s contact information.
