Harley-Davidson Other description

Hi, Im selling my motorcycle that I've had since new, got it from Illinois Harley Davidson. I only rode the bike twice, and been in the garage sitting ever since. I've started it once every 45 days or so, it had a problem starting once and took it too the dealer to get repaired. It's been about a year since repairs, but it's been sitting again in the garage as i have no time to ride, it starts a little rough but seems too clear up as it runs. the carburator might need too be adjusted/rebilt as this is what was fixed when i took it in for repairs ($300). Bike is in super condition except for what was stated, I dont want too sell it but i have some friends that are in need of financial help and this would help them out with what i get for the bike. I am able too show bike on weekends only due too work schedule, possible early evening during week 5-8 pm (depends on what time i get out of work). $5750 obo. Money talks!Cash is kingMake an offer, would make a good Christmas gift! And will help a family have a Christmas. Call anytime, if I can't answer leave message will call back ASAP Ph -sportster xl 883 customcolor is pearl yellowengine is 883dealer installed anti-theftdealer installed crash barsdealer installed screamin eagle exhaust pipesdealer installed larger air cleanerremoveable windshield ( not in pics )miles ( 71 )

Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley

Thu, 22 Mar 2012

Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
