2005 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide , I have for sale my 2005 Harley Dyna Wide Glide this is an absolutely awesome bike with a few upgrades that make it even more appealing! First of all this bike is practically new with ONLY 4044 MILES! The upgrades include Vance and Hines dual exhaust pipes that sound great and give it that nice Harley rumble. The headlight has been upgraded to a more chopper style that really set the bike apart from stock. It has the dragster style handlebars for a much better look and feel from stock. It has Harley brand rear passenger seat rest for riding with a passenger that can be removed if not to your liking. The bike runs and drives absolutely perfect and has no issues at all as should be expected with a bike with such low mileage. I have done my research and for the extras/mileage and year this is the best deal on e-bay by far. Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
Harley-Davidson Denies Plans for Small-Displacement Model for India
Fri, 18 May 2012India’s 13-million-unit-per-year motorcycle market is comprised of mostly small-displacement models, so it sounds odd at first when manufacturers such as Harley-Davidson and Triumph enter the market with their larger-displacment models. The question quickly arises as to whether they will stick with their existing big-bore models or introduce an all-new, small-capacity model for the Indian market. Manufacturers like the Big Four from Japan already produce smaller models for other markets so it’s a relatively easy task for them to introduce new models such as Honda‘s recently launched 109cc Dream Yuga.
