gorgeous 2005 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Peace Officer Special. This bike is a limited production bike that was only available for sale new to active or retired law enforcement officers who had to show proof before purchase, so this is your oppertunity to own a bike that is hard to come by. This bike is in incredible shape as it was garage kept on carpet. The bike has 31083 easy miles on it and was always properly maintained. The bike is painted in dark peace officer blue metallic with a lighter blue pin stripe. The peace officer medallion is located on both sides of the gas tank. The paint is in great condition and the bike has never been dropped. The engine is 1450cc and features a 5 speed manual transmission. The bike also features AM, FM, WB, CD 4 speaker sound systems, cruise control, and cigarette lighter.

Bobby Petrino’s Harley-Davidson Available for Auction – Comes With Baggage

A 2007 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic reportedly belonging to former University of Arkansas football coach Bobby Petrino is up for auction. Listed as salvage title, the Harley-Davidson is painted in the school’s colors and features a razorback boar – Arkansas’ mascot – painted on the fuel tank with the words “Hawg Wild”. Sports blog ArkansasaSports360.com reported it can confirm the bike was the one Petrino crashed April 1.

Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley

Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
