For sale is a 2005 Special Construction Trike. Old school Trike has open primary with chrome belt guard. 111 S&S Motor with S&S Carb installed in 2010. Only 3000 miles since motor was installed. Hooker 4 into 1 exhaust- bike runs great and sounds great. Drum rear brakes and front disk brakes stops on a dime. Raked chrome lowers and Ape hangers. Joker mirrors and custom handgrips with low profile turn signal switches for a minimalist handlebar look. Dayton spoke wheels and suicide shiftwith custom skull shifter knob. You can easily return the clutch lever to handlebars if desired. Extra parts that come with the bike include saddleman seat backrest, extra drive and primary belt and cables. Tue, 19 Jul 2011Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $190.6 million over the second quarter of 2011, thanks to the first year-on-year quarterly improvement in the U.S. market in nearly five years. For the three months ended June 26, 2011, Harley-Davidson’s operating income totaled $301.9 million, a 38.0% increase from the $218.8 million reported in the same period of 2010.
Q1 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Sales Down 14.7% from 2011
Wed, 01 May 2013U.S. motorcycle sales were down 14.7% over the first quarter compared to the same period last year, reports the Motorcycle Industry Council. The industry group, which collected data from 20 reporting manufacturers, says American consumers bought 93,375 motorcycles and scooters in the first three months of 2013, down from the 109,425 vehicles purchased in the same period of 2012.
