2003 Harley-Davidson Road King , Sweet 2003 Road King Standard for sale. This bike is in EXCELLENT condition. Black spoke 21 front wheel, 18 rear. HD Screaming Eagle Stage I kit. Mustang seat with removable sissy bar. 17 handlebars with internal wiring and stainless braided brake, throttle, and clutch cables/lines. Beautiful detachable fairing with 4 speakers and Kenwood CD player with auxiliary input and USB port. This quickly attaches and detaches from the bike in 5 minutes. A great addition for having some tunes while riding. Also included is the stock windshield, front passing lamps, front and rear turn signals and bars, chrome billet handgrips with matching highway pegs, and various chrome engine accessories. I HATE to sell this bike, but with the addition of our son to the family, the wife and I no longer have the time to devote to riding as we should. Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle

An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

The Hydra-Glide name celebrates its 75th anniversary, dating back to the first hydraulic fork that was equipped to a Harley-Davidson, replacing the springer front end in 1949, while the “slash” fuel tank design, emblem, classic round air filter cover, two-toned windshield, seat, and cases, are all nods to the 1956 FLH. 46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012

An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
