And if all those years prove anything, its that rightness doesnt go out of style. The kind of rightness were talking about is long, low and raked. And theres plenty of that here. A 32° raked fork, pullback risers, low-rise bar, lowered suspension and a seat that puts you just 25” from pavement. All that custom style deserved some Anniversary treatment, 3-D tank cloisonné, and 100TH engine covers and seat emblem. You also get forward controls added to this bike. Four-piston caliper brakes. A 150mm rear tire. And a meaty Twin Cam 88 engine, stamped with the mark of the century. Harley-Davdison Museum Opens Tsunami Motorcycle Exhibit

Wed, 24 Oct 2012

From Miyagi Prefecture in Japan to Graham Island in British Columbia, Canada, to Milwaukee, Wis., the motorcycle tossed across the Pacific Ocean by the 2011 Japanese tsunami has landed at the Harley-Davidson Museum. The 2004 Harley-Davidson Softail Night Train owned by earthquake and tsunami survivor Ikuo Yokoyama is now on display at the museum as a memorial to those affected by the March 2011 tsunami. The motorcycle will be preserved in the condition it was in when Canadian beachcomber Peter Mark found it inside a cargo box that washed up on Graham Island in May.

Tue, 22 Jul 2014

Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $354.2 million over the second quarter of 2014, thanks to a 12.4% increase in sales revenue.
