Its so deep, you sink right in. You imagine getting on. Thumbing the Twin Cam 88 engine to life. Resting feet on the boards. Gazing through a detachable windshield at an endless ribbon of cement. The machine finds its rhythm, and the miles peel off like nothing at all, thanks to rubber engine mounts and a chassis newly upgraded last year. You keep going. Confirmed: Next Harley-Davidson Sportster Will Use Revolution Max 975 Engine
Thu, 07 Apr 2022The Nightster 975 has a certain ring to it We are less than a week away from the official reveal of Harley-Davidson‘s next Sportster, but we’ve managed to confirm the new model will use a 975 version of the Revolution Max engine. Harley-Davidson has been slowly revealing details of the new model, first with a teaser video and a number of social media posts. We’ve previously speculated that the new model will use a smaller displacement version of the Sportster S‘ Revolution Max 1250T engine, with clues such as the telescopic fork, twin rear shocks and single front disc hinting at a less performance-oriented focus.

Fri, 19 Dec 2008Every year it seems that newspaper advertisements, radio and TV commercials for Christmas start earlier and earlier. As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.
