Silver in color, tons of chrome, brand new Roland Sands Designs air cleaner, Vance&Hines big radius exhaust, brand new back tire, has the Screaming Eagle wheels, runs and rides well. If it is chrome and can be put on a deuce this 1 has it. All steel braided brake lines. List goes on. Odometer on bike shows 50,800 mis but do not let that scare you away. The top end has had some work. This bike is very sound and dependable. I bought the bike 2 yrs ago and sold it to a friend of mine last year then bought it back because I missed it so much. Ive had absolutely no mechanical issues with this bike. Only reason Im lookin to get off it is because I just dont ride much anymore. I am open to trades on old rat rods, old cars, or trucks. New Indian Commercial Pokes Fun At Harley-Davidson

Thu, 18 Jul 2013

The big news in the motorcycle world this year is the return of Indian motorcycles. Earlier this year, parent company Polaris unveiled the all-new Thunderstroke 111 engine as a sneak peak to the 2014 Chief which is set to make its official debut at Sturgis at the beginning of August. To prepare for this momentous occasion, Indian produced this commercial, which takes a nice, healthy jab at the iconic Motor Company.

Elvis is so inextricably linked to Harleys that he's even become subject of an endlessly-circulating internet myth. You know, the one where a guy finds an old Harley for a few bucks, starts to restore it and discovers an 'Elvis' inscription under the seat.

Harley-Davidson and an American Hero

Fri, 07 Dec 2012

As motorcyclists, we’re drawn to the freedom two wheels represent; just man, machine and the open road. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.
