Harley-Davidson Other description

2001 Harley-Davidson FLTR/FLTRI Road Glide, 2001 Harley Davidson Road Glide - This Road Glide has nice paint and chrome. Tires have over 65% life remaining. Bike has rear trunk add on and chrome engine cases. Best deal online at time of posting. Welcome to year three of a brand-new look for Harley-Davidson touring. Introduced in ’98, the Road Glide is built around a frame-mounted fairing and low windshield. Leading the way are distinctive dual oval headlamps with automotive-style reflector optics. We keep the rest of the styling clean and uncluttered, a pure custom look. Shining through is a chrome and wrinkle black Twin Cam 88 engine, available with a traditional carb or sequential port fuel injection. Of course you also get the latest touring features, including our premium sound system and the heavy-duty wiring harness found in our Ultra Classic. So you can keep it simple or load one up with everything. To go, of course.

Tue, 12 Jul 2011

Zero Motorcycles announced a new network of eight dealerships as the electric motorcycle company begins the transition from an online-based sales model to a traditional showroom sales model. Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.

Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

During Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, Pope Francis was given not one, but two Harley-Davidsons, a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and Dyna Super Glide Custom. Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.

A custom Harley-Davidson Street 750

Thu, 29 Jan 2015

This amazing motorcycle was built in just four weeks in a workshop located 300 kilometers south of Harley-Davidson's Indian factory. The project came to life thanks to the efforts of Rajputana Customs and H.-D., which provided Street 750 as a donor. The first upgrade to the bike was a Suzuki GSX-R sport fork with stiffer springs and longer travel.
