I am selling my 2001 Custom Fatboy, Chrome Yellow in color.Custom Handlebars, all braided lines, custom single seat, custom bags, tons of extra chrome was added to the bike, this does have the 95 in engine, has been lowered both front and rear, custom tail lamp, Harley Davidson Motorcycle Cover, battery tender, custom mirrors. lots and lots of extra stuff that I cant even remember. all the old take-off parts will go with the bike. 52,000 mis, Helments maybe included if they will fit.I am firm on the price, so no tire kickers please. Q1 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Sales Down 14.7% from 2011
Wed, 01 May 2013U.S. motorcycle sales were down 14.7% over the first quarter compared to the same period last year, reports the Motorcycle Industry Council. The industry group, which collected data from 20 reporting manufacturers, says American consumers bought 93,375 motorcycles and scooters in the first three months of 2013, down from the 109,425 vehicles purchased in the same period of 2012.
Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
