Every year it seems that newspaper advertisements, radio and TV commercials for Christmas start earlier and earlier. As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.

Harley-Davidson Street 750 Featured in New Captain America Film

The new Harley-Davidson Street 750 was only just revealed last week at the 2013 EICMA show in Milan, but many of you may have already seen the new motorcycle even earlier and not have realized it. Harley-Davidson announced the new Street 750 will appear in Marvel Comics’ movie “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” set to hit theaters April 4, 2014. Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models

Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address  potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
